Posey Backs REINS Act, Advocates Federal Rulemaking Reform

Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) put his full support behind the passage of H.R. 277, the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act (REINS Act) in the U.S. House of Representatives.
