An all-day event titled ‘Body, Mind, Spirit Wellness Event’ will be held on Saturday October 8th at The Juice Bar in Vero Beach. Address is 676 U.S. 1, Suite 4, Vero Beach, Florida 32962.
The event will run from 9AM-8PM. People can stop in anytime throughout the day.
The event will have the following activities:
9AM: Yoga
10AM: Tea Time
12PM: Sound Bath
1PM: Intention Candle Workshop
2:30pm: Scoby Scrub Workshop
3:30PM: Wellness Shots
4:30PM – Close: Juice Bar Mocktails
5PM – Close: Open Mic
There will also be massages from 9AM-5PM.
The sound bath at 12PM will have its’ own tickets for $15.
