The Republican Club of Indian River County will be hosting Tina Descovich, the co-founder of Moms for Liberty, on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at 6 PM at Pointe West as a guest speaker. Descovich has a long history of fighting for students and parental rights, both in Florida and at the national level.
In 2016, Descovich was elected to the Brevard County school board, where she was selected by her peers to serve as Vice Chairman in 2017 and Chairman in 2018. While on the school board, she was a member of The Florida Coalition of School Board Members, and she served as the organization’s president in 2018. Descovich is currently involved in several nonprofit boards in her community that aim to help children, and she and her husband, Derek, have five children.
According to the Republican Club of Indian River County, Descovich is passionate about America and dedicated to protecting liberty and freedom for future generations.
The Pointe West Country Club, situated at 7500 14th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32966, will host the event on Monday, April 3rd, 2023, at 6 PM. The cost to attend is $45 for members and $50 for non-members, and reservations must be made by March 30th, 2023. Guests have two Meal Picks to chose from. The Meal Pick 1 is grilled chicken accompanied by goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and lemon basil butter, while Meal Pick 2 is penne and marinara with ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, and Italian meatballs.
