WASHINGTON D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution & Limited Government has scheduled a hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. EST, to examine the Biden Administration’s alleged attack on the constitutional rights of parents to direct the upbringing and care of their children. The hearing titled “Free Speech: The Biden Administration’s Chilling of Parents’ Fundamental Rights,” aims to investigate the suppression of parents’ concerns about the educational system’s indoctrination of children.
The hearing will include testimony from Ms. Nicole Neily, President of Parents Defending Education, Ms. Tiffany Justice, Co-Founder of Moms for Liberty, and Mr. Tyson Langhofer, Senior Counsel, and Director of the Center for Academic Freedom, Alliance Defending Freedom.

The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution & Limited Government aims to uncover the alleged suppression of free speech and expression and ensure that parents can exercise their constitutional right to direct their children’s education without government interference.
